How we look after your information.

Here you can read which personal data Evoke Nordic collects, why we do so and what rights you have. We only collect what we need – and we never sell your information.

2. What information we process

We only process ordinary personal data. This covers:

When you contact us via the contact form, email or phone: name, email, company or clinic and what you write to us.
When we work together with you as a retailer, clinic or brand: names, job titles and contact details of contact persons, plus information needed for orders, delivery and invoicing.
When you visit the website: technical information such as IP address, browser and device. Statistics via Google Analytics are only collected if you have given consent in the cookie banner.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we kindly ask you not to send it to us.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Responding to enquiries – based on our legitimate interest in being able to reply to you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or because the enquiry concerns entering into an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Partnerships, orders and invoicing – to fulfil an agreement with you or your company (Art. 6(1)(b)) and to comply with the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Statistics on the use of the website – only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Operation and security of the website – based on our legitimate interest in a secure, well-functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Cookies

We use necessary cookies to make the website work, and statistics cookies if you accept them. You can read more and change your choice in our cookie policy.

5. Who we share information with

We never sell or rent out your information. We use a small number of suppliers (data processors) who process information on our behalf and according to our instructions:

Curanet – website and email hosting (Denmark).
Google – Google Analytics for statistics, only with consent. Google may transfer data to the USA. Such transfers take place under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, approved by the European Commission.

In addition, information may be disclosed to, for example, our accountant, carriers or public authorities where necessary to fulfil an agreement or a legal requirement.

6. How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not lead to a partnership are deleted once the matter is closed – no later than 12 months after the last contact.
Information about customers and partners is kept for as long as the partnership lasts and then for up to 3 years in case of any claims.
Accounting records are kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Statistics in Google Analytics are kept for a maximum of 14 months.

7. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

access the information we hold about you
have inaccurate information corrected
have your information erased
restrict processing
object to processing based on our legitimate interests
receive your information in a commonly used format (data portability)
withdraw consent – this does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it

Email info@evokenordic.dk if you wish to exercise your rights. We will reply as quickly as possible and within one month at the latest.

8. Security

We protect your information with appropriate technical and organisational measures. The website uses an encrypted connection (SSL), access to information is limited to the staff who need it, and our suppliers are bound by data processing agreements.

9. Complaints to the Danish Data Protection Agency

If you are unhappy with the way we process your information, we would like to hear from you first. You always have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet):

10. Changes

We update this privacy policy when there are changes to the way we process information. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
